Consultation:

• We are available to consult and advise you on your project, be it a small residential addition, a complete build out of your existing structure or a new building.
• We can assist in your design direction and can advise in establishing/maintaining your project budget.

Design Development:

• We listen well! We shall help in establishing and developing a design direction based on your requirements, budget and lifestyle.
• We shall provide and present visual media (perspective sketches, drawings and computer generated graphics) to help you visualize your project.
• We shall, upon approval of concept, develop a complete set of Design Development Drawings which will contain plans, elevations, sections, etc. sufficient for initial bidding purposes.

Construction Documents:

• We shall proceed to provide you with a set of Construction Documents to include all drawings necessary for permitting and construction purposes.
• Documents will be based and will exceed current Building Codes

Construction:

• We shall provide General Contracting Services.
• Our projects are in budget and withing completion time frames.

• Your project is documented weekly - you will be able to view pictures, progress stats and other information at your leisure on line, through our web site.
